About Us
"I started Yardley Sports to build the kind of gloves I would have wanted to use."
Hello, thank you for visiting.
My name is Braden Yardley. I own and operate Yardley Sports, a baseball glove company based in St. George, Utah. I started the company in 2020, but my story with gloves began while I was playing baseball at Southern Utah University. After snapping a lace in the web of my glove, I couldn't find anyone to repair it, so I learned how myself.
I later started Reglove, where I repaired thousands of gloves for players of all ages, including Major League Baseball players. Doing repairs taught me the ins and outs of baseball gloves, and that became the foundation for Yardley Sports.
I've spent years learning from pro players, coaches, leather tanneries, and glove factories throughout the world. Those experiences continue to shape every glove we make. I started Yardley Sports to build the kind of gloves I would have wanted to play with.
Baseball has given me so much, and I believe it's important to give back. I travel to tournaments, answer customer emails myself, and enjoy building relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
Thank you for supporting Yardley Sports. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Craftsmanship
Building a baseball glove is both craftsmanship and artistry. Every stitch, material, and design choice plays a role in how a glove looks, feels, and performs.
-
Understand the Materials
Great gloves start with great leather. Visiting tanneries has helped me better understand where our materials come from and what goes into making a glove that lasts.
-
Keep Learning
I've learned so much from the people who build baseball gloves every day. Every conversation and factory visit has helped me become a better glove craftsman and designer.
